Charolais Cattle

Charolais Cattle is a website that is dedicated to provide information about Charolais cattle. It is designed to be an informative site for people of all knowledge levels regarding cattle.

Charolais are a breed of cattle with a distinctive white or cream-colored hair coat. They are known for their rapid growth rates and lean carcasses. Charolais bulls are often used in terminal crossbreeding programs where all calves are marketed and producers are seeking to achieve heavy weaning and yearling weights.

Charolais currently rank second in the United States in terms of annual beef cattle breed registrations. They are found throughout the country and are adaptable to a variety of climates. The American-International Charolais Association is a breed organization that represents more than 2,900 active members and is the official registry of Charolais and Charbray cattle in the United States.
